Paula McEwen Restaurant The Paula McEwen Restaurant was established in 2009 by Head Chef Paula McEwen. Paula brings a wealth of experience from 10 years cooking in some of Scotland’s best kitchens including The Witchery by the Castle, Number One at The Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh and The Marcliffe at Pitfodels in Aberdeen.
